Occupational Therapy
Sensory processing, fine motor skills, self-care independence, and the everyday skills school assumes your child already has.
If you're looking for pediatric therapy in Coconut Creek, our Coral Springs clinic is about 15 minutes from your front door — a straight drive west on Sample Road or Wiles Road. Coconut Creek families come to OTogether for occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech therapy for children ages 1–16, all in one clinic built around how kids actually learn: by moving and playing.
OTogether is a full clinic, not a home-visit service or a single-therapist practice: a sensory gym with swings, climbing, and crash pads, quiet rooms for focused work, and a team that coordinates your child's whole plan in one place.
Our clinic is at 2855 N University Dr, Floor 5, Suite 530, Coral Springs, just north of Atlantic Blvd, with free parking on site.
From northern Coconut Creek (Winston Park, Tradewinds): head west on Wiles Road or Sample Road — most families arrive in 12–15 minutes.
From southern Coconut Creek (near Coconut Creek Elementary and the Promenade): take Lyons Road or SR 7 north to Sample Road, then west — about 15 minutes.
We're open Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM and Sunday 11:00 AM–5:00 PM, with Saturday appointments available too. Every visit is by appointment, so your child's therapist is ready when you arrive — no waiting-room limbo with a wiggly kid.
Every plan starts with an evaluation, and sessions are always one-on-one.
Sensory processing, fine motor skills, self-care independence, and the everyday skills school assumes your child already has.
For children who cover their ears, crash into furniture, melt down in noisy places like the Promenade on a Saturday, or avoid textures, foods, and clothing.
Pencil grip, letter formation, scissor skills, and the hand strength behind them, for children whose written work doesn't match what they clearly know.
Structured, predictable, sensory-aware sessions that meet your child where they are.
Strength, coordination, balance, and motor milestones.
One-on-one pediatric speech and language therapy.
Small-group practice with peers, guided by our therapists.
We welcome children from schools across Coconut Creek, including Coconut Creek Elementary, Tradewinds Elementary, Winston Park Elementary, Lyons Creek Middle School, Monarch High School, and Coconut Creek High School — as well as local preschools and private schools.
School-based OT and clinic OT do different jobs. A school therapist focuses on what affects your child's schoolwork, in short sessions, and only for children who qualify. We work on the full picture — home, school, and community — one-on-one, on a schedule we set together. Many Coconut Creek families use both, and with your permission we'll coordinate with your child's school team so everyone is pulling in the same direction. We can also provide therapy at your child's school upon request — contact us for more details.
We are proud to partner with major insurance providers and scholarship programs to help families access the care they need.
Simply provide us with your insurance details, and we will contact your provider to find out exactly what is covered, including your co-pay or deductible, before your first visit.
Most insurance plans require a formal referral or prescription from a pediatrician to cover occupational therapy. We can coordinate with your doctor’s office to help secure the necessary paperwork once we begin the evaluation process.
OTogether is a registered provider for the Step Up For Students (FES-UA) scholarship. Our team is experienced with the billing portal and will guide you through the process to ensure your child receives the care they need.
Most therapy options in Coconut Creek itself are home-based or single-service providers. OTogether is a full clinic about 15 minutes west, in Coral Springs — occupational, physical, and speech therapy under one roof, with a sensory gym those smaller setups can't offer. If the fit matters more than the city line, the drive is shorter than most families expect.
The evaluation is a play-based session where your child's therapist assesses their skills and talks through your concerns and goals. Afterward you'll get a clear plan: what we'll work on, how often, and what you can do at home between sessions. We verify your insurance before the first visit, so costs are clear before you make the trip.
We're in-network with Cigna, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, and Curative, and we're a registered Step Up For Students provider, so FES-UA scholarship funds can pay for therapy ordered through the EMA Marketplace. Out of network? We'll give you a superbill to submit for reimbursement.
Children ages 1 to 16 — toddlers working on first milestones through teens building independence.
We offer late-afternoon appointments, and they fill first — most Coconut Creek families book a standing weekly time right after school pickup. Sunday and Saturday appointments help families whose weekdays are packed.
Thanks for taking this step for your child. We'll reach out shortly to answer your questions and help you figure out what comes next.
