Every 60‑minute meetup follows a proven flow that blends expert instruction with hands‑on play, so you and your baby leave feeling confident and inspired.
Development Spotlight – Each session covers early motor skills like tummy time, rolling, and crawling; playful sensory experiences with music, textures, and movement; and simple activities to encourage hand–eye coordination and early learning.
Sensory & Motor Play – guided activities such as baby massage, texture baskets, or scarf dancing to strengthen muscles and stimulate the nervous system.

What should I bring to the class?
Just bring a blanket for your baby, a small toy they love, and anything they might need for comfort like a pacifier or bottle. We’ll provide all the materials for the activities.
What if my baby naps or gets fussy during class?
It’s completely normal! You can step aside to feed, rock, or soothe your baby as needed. The class is relaxed, and everyone understands the ups and downs of baby life.
Do I need to attend every single week?
We recommend it so you and your baby can get the most out of the program and connect with other families – but we understand life happens, and we’ll help you catch up if you miss a session.
Is this class right for babies with developmental delays?
Yes. Our classes are designed to support babies at different levels, and we can offer individualized tips to fit your baby’s needs.
