Every 45-minute class follows a structured flow blending expert guidance with hands-on play:
Warm-Up and Songs – Interactive music and movement games get little bodies ready and excited.
Motor-Skill Exploration – Guided activities teach hopping, jumping, balancing, and cooperative group shapes.
Creative Play – Imaginative themes (e.g., animal adventures, space exploration) encourage storytelling through movement.
