No Surprises: Our Verification Process

Insurance plans vary significantly, and coverage often depends on your specific individual or employer-sponsored plan. To ensure there are no financial surprises, our team performs a comprehensive benefits verification before your child’s first session.

Our process includes:

  1. Initial Inquiry: Provide us with your insurance details during your intake call.
  2. Benefit Verification: We contact your provider to confirm coverage levels, co-pays, and any deductible requirements.
  3. Clear Communication: We share the results of the verification with you upfront so you understand your out-of-pocket costs before therapy begins.

Start Therapy Without the Wait

We know that when a child needs support, timing is everything. Unlike many clinics with long waiting lists, we pride ourselves on fast availability. Most children can be scheduled for an initial evaluation within days, not weeks.

Out-of-Network & Private Pay

If we are not currently in-network with your provider, we can provide you with a “Superbill” – a detailed receipt of services – which you may submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. We also offer competitive private pay rates for families without insurance coverage or those choosing to pay out-of-pocket.
